Replacement Policy
At Qaiynat, we maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality control for all our products. Due to the bespoke and delicate nature of our work, we follow a strict No Refund and No Return policy.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
- No Refunds or Returns – We do not process refunds or accept returns under any circumstances.
- Replacements – Replacements are subjective and not applicable to all products. Approval for a replacement request is entirely at the discretion of Qaiynat’s management.
- Alterations – If any alteration has been requested or performed on a product (before or after delivery), no replacement will be provided under any circumstances.
- Rectifications/Amendments – If any damage or other concern is found upon delivery, we may consider rectifying or amending the product. Such concerns must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and a detailed explanation. Requests received after this period will not be considered.
- Eligibility Check – All requests for replacement or rectification are subject to review and approval by Qaiynat’s management team.
- Final Decision – Qaiynat reserves the sole right to determine whether a replacement, rectification, or amendment is applicable in each case.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- For all international shipments, no replacements, refunds, or returns will be processed once the order has been dispatched.
- Any issues arising from customs delays, duties, or international courier handling are beyond Qaiynat’s control and will not qualify for replacement or rectification.
- Alterations requested on international orders automatically void any possibility of replacement or rectification, without exception.
NOTE: By placing an order with Qaiynat, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms stated in this Replacement Policy.
